Shipping time.
Shipping time is 3-12 work days from day you place the order depending on country of buyer.
For shipping we use DHL or UPS depending on country of the buyer.
Be careful to fill in correct contact information since this is the information we use in shipping.
Tracking number.
Tracking number will be sent togther with shipping confimation email. If you dont get it, please email us.
Import taxes and duties.
As a buyer you are responsible for payment of any additonal costs such as import taxes and duties that may arise when importing goods into your country.
Returns.
During 14 days from the receiving of your package you may return your order.
Note that as a buyer you are responsible shipping cost and payment of any such import taxes and duties that may incure making return.
Exchanges.
If you want to make an exchange the easiest way is to make a return and then place a new order.
Who pay returns back to us?
As a buyer you pay shipping back to us.
Note that The Blue Uniform will not refund delivery cost ,additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges that may incure.

The look of returned product.
All returned products are checked and inspected.
The product must be in perfect condition. Clean, not worn, not washed ,not crinkled and
put back into the original package.
If this ain't followed, cleaning fees may incure.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund is issued via the payment method you chose when you placed the order.
Credit card: The refund will appear on your account/credit card within 2-7 work days after approved control of garment.
PayPal: The refund will appear in your PayPal account instantly after approved control of garment.
